Rolex Sea-Dweller 16660
The Rolex Sea-Dweller 16660, also known as the ‘Triple Six’ among collectors, is a highly popular and sought-after vintage Rolex watch whose appeal comes from its perfect blend of vintage aesthetics and modern technical innovations. It was the first Sea-Dweller to introduce a sapphire crystal, a more robust 1220m of water resistance, a larger helium escape valve and an updated Calibre 3035 movement, making it a transitional model. With a 40mm steel case, the Sea-Dweller 16660 is famous for its two main dial variations, including a matte and a glossy version, and certain versions have the limited edition COMEX-issued dials that are incredibly rare.
